The EuroFSA understands the importance of protecting your personal data and privacy. When you register for our meetings, we process personal data. This data is processed solely for the purpose of providing relevant information about the meetings for which you have registered, inviting you to upcoming activities and sending our digital newsletter (four times a year).
Security
The EuroFSA takes the protection of your personal data seriously and has therefore taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We will never share your personal data with third parties without explicit permission. The personal data that we (may) process: first and last name, sex, e-mail address, institution, function, country, privacy (permission to inform you about our activities and newsletter) and activities you sign up for (for the purpose of informing you about this).
In case we work with companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. The EuroFSA remains responsible for these processing operations. Retention period
The EuroFSA does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected, with a maximum of 5 years.
Update, correct and erase your personal data
You have the right to update, correct and erase your personal data at any time by contacting us via [email protected] or via the link in our newsletter. We will respond your request as soon as possible and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By registering for our online and onsite activities, you agree to our collecting process of your personal data as described in the privacy policy.
